Muputi is the Tiwi word for Fish or many Fish. Fish is a common source of food in the Tiwi Islands. Typically Salmon and Barramundi are the most commonly found around the Tiwi Islands usually caught in a fishing net with live bait.

Gorgeous and Practical
The fabric is good strong quality and the design is striking with vibrant colours as depicted in the photo. The design appears on both sides of the bag, which is great. It expands to 10-12 cm width at the bottom so is not simply flat. I love it and it is good value for money.
