Our head office is located on Gadigal Land, at Circular Quay in the Sydney CBD, but several of our staff and directors live and work on other lands across Australia. As Director of eCommerce you will lead eCommerce at Welcome to Country by providing strategic and operational leadership. Situated in the Operations team, reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of the Online Shop. This includes supplier relationship management, inventory management, picking and packing orders, freight, shipping and cost of goods sold budget management.
As Director of eCommerce you will lead eCommerce at Welcome to Country by providing strategic and operational leadership. Situated in the Operations team, reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of the Online Shop. This includes supplier relationship management, inventory management, picking and packing orders, freight, shipping and cost of goods sold budget management.
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, the Online Shop Manager, alongside a small team of an assistant and casual pick and pack staff, manages and assists with a variety of tasks related to the day to day running of the online Shop. A lover of Shopify, you will use this technology platform to help ensure that customer orders are processed and managed efficiently on a daily basis. You will also respond to business and individual customer enquiries (WtC uses Zendesk) and liaise with Suppliers regarding the smooth purchase and restocking of products for the Shop.
