Director of eCommerce
As Director of eCommerce you will lead eCommerce at Welcome to Country by providing strategic and operational leadership. Situated in the Operations team, reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of the Online Shop. This includes supplier relationship management, inventory management, picking and packing orders, freight, shipping and cost of goods sold budget management.

Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, alongside the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the implementation of WtC’s marketing strategy. This includes the design and development of multi-channel campaigns for both B2C and B2B markets, assisting with managing and implementing media relationships, partnerships, promotions, communications, content generation, public relations, collateral and marketing research, reporting and evaluation. The aim is to build our brand and to improve our marketing and sales efforts overall.

Online Shop Manager
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, the Online Shop Manager, alongside a small team of an assistant and casual pick and pack staff, manages and assists with a variety of tasks related to the day to day running of the online Shop. A lover of Shopify, you will use this technology platform to help ensure that customer orders are processed and managed efficiently on a daily basis. You will also respond to business and individual customer enquiries (WtC uses Zendesk) and liaise with Suppliers regarding the smooth purchase and restocking of products for the Shop.

First Nations Engagement Coordinator
As First Nations Engagement Coordinator you will contribute to the broader aim of the Marketing team to build our brand and to build and maintain healthy stakeholder relationships, specially with WtC’s Suppliers and Operators that are First Nations led and operated (currently 145 businesses). Your primary focus will be engagement initiatives that benefit WtC’s First Nations’ Operators and Suppliers.
