YOUR EXPERIENCE PROVIDER

The way we understand, express and experience life is through our systems of Knowing, Being and Doing. As humans we have a unique ability to not only recognise patterns but to also generate new, intentional ways of knowing, being and doing in the World.

Join this session to deepen your inner wisdom of how to be a link in the chain of humanity, that would make your ancestors proud and have our collective future generations rejoicing at your investment of time and energy.

Insights into your experience

In this session, Alana will explain how the way we understand, express and experience life is through our systems of Knowing, Being and Doing - Head, heart and hands.

Starting with an Acknowledgement of Country from all the places from which people may join, we will unpack this theory of ’systems of knowing, being and doing’.

This quick dive will include a 10-15 minute guided visualisation to connect to what is happening within the skin of you and your experience and understand of your world. When that is revealed to you, we will then poll seven questions to arrive at a collective understanding and reading of the virtual room. This will allow for some points of conversation with the group.

As humans we have a unique ability to not only recognise patterns but to also generate new, intentional ways of knowing, being and doing in the World. This is particularly powerful during the re-set Covid has offered us. Never before in our knowing, has there been such an international Great Pause as Covid.

How will we bounce forward?

How do we work with the fear it may have caused?

How will we hang onto the things we loved about pre-Covid times?

How will we intentionally continue the patterns Covid has forced or given us permission to adopt?

We will spend the last couple of minutes closing the session by considering one practical step we can all individually take, nested in the abundance and vitality of our home or work life.

As the session will speak to pattern recognition, which can lead to pattern generation you are encouraged to draw support in, as this journeying is rarely done in isolation. Inviting others in to assist you with making real your potential is extremely helpful, sometimes crucial, and it may give you more folk to acknowledge and celebrate the journey with!
