Sarah Roberts-Field

E-Commerce Store Manager

Sarah Roberts-Field is a Bundjalung Woman belonging to the Widjabul/Wieybalclan group. She commenced working in the creative industries at the age of 16 while a student at Maclean High school and completing work experience with Northern Rivers Performing Arts (NORPA).

This led to the involvement of theatre production Three Brothers, assisting with the photographing, documenting and collecting and compiling research for the production over a period of two years. Three Brothers was under the Artistic Direction of Julian Louise with Creatives the late David Page and Kirk Page.

In July 2018 she performed in the NORPA multi-disciplinary production A Horses Mouth Directed by Kirk Page, with Victoria Hunt and Jade Dewi, performing several roles. Sarah has also worked part time as Gallery Assistant at Rhoda Roberts Art Gallery, New Italy NSW. Sarah has had a lifetime of growing up with festivals and events, working in various capacities.

In 2016 Sarah performed alongside Shari Sebbens and Richard Franklin in play readings, Conversations with the Dead as part of the Bluesfest/Boomerang Festival for the Talks and Ideas program. She has performed at the Cultural Opening events as a dancer for Boomerang Festival, The Dreaming Festival and Homeground at the Sydney Opera House. In 2017 and 2018 she was invited to be part of the capacity building workshops with NORPA’S annual gathering of first nations dancers, actors, and storytellers, to build local and national performers.

Sarah is the Head of Fulfilment at Welcome to country whilst also looking at developing her craft and continuing to attend auditions and castings under the management of BMEG.
