The first school holidays on 2021 are fast approaching, we have plenty of activities to keep the whole family engaged, places where you can just let kids be kids and have fun learning about Indigenous culture. Here are our picks of the best Indigenous activities to entertain the kids over the school holidays.

Western Australia

Borrgoron Coast to Creek Tour

Spirits of the Red Sand is an Aboriginal live and interactive theatre and storytelling experience which takes you back to 1800s Queensland when British and Aboriginal ways of life collided. The story is told through song and dance and follows the lives of three Aboriginal brothers. The kids will become a part of the story carrying a message stick of acceptance to the elder of the village. And will have the opportunity to experience didgeridoo playing, boomerang painting, bush tucker tasting and spear throwing.
